Overview
Max Bazaar is a marketplace combining retail and restaurant food ordering — multi-vendor and multi-product carts, restaurant browsing, wishlists, coupons, referrals, a wallet system, and live delivery tracking on Google Maps. I built the application end to end: home, categories, global search, carts, checkout, and profile settings, delivering 3+ native apps that stay in sync without breaking one another.
Real-time order visibility runs on Socket.io, powering the order tracker, live location updates, and background location tracking for the delivery rider. Firebase Cloud Messaging pushes order-status and promotional notifications in real time.
I reduced initial load time by 35% using code-splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, CloudFront, and bundle optimization — including FlashList and skeleton loading — and shipped JS-level fixes instantly via CodePush OTA updates, monitored through App Center.
