Overview
Gravitix & Slimpathy helps users monitor weight, sync with smart scales and Bluetooth devices, and reach fitness goals. I built the core BLE pairing and sync feature using a native bridge, connecting Android and iOS to Bluetooth devices, pulling metrics into the app, and persisting them to the database.
The app covers weight and body metrics, campaigns, insights, multi-member household profiles, goals, reminders, history, comparison views, and PDF export of health reports, with automatic push notification reminders and daily/weekly progress tracking.
On the performance side, I optimized rendering, memoization, and state management for a 40% improvement, kept the bundle under 40MB while integrating third-party SDKs, and tested thoroughly across Android and iOS to reach 100+ downloads.
