HRMS is an internal attendance and HR management web app used only by company employees. It handles user session management for daily attendance, leave, monthly reporting, and salary slip generation.

I built the front-end screens for attendance, leave workflows, and shift scheduling, improving clarity and usability, and presented dense HR data through responsive tables, filtering, and clean UI layouts. I also accelerated dashboard and app render speed by optimizing component structure, pagination behavior, and minimizing heavy re-renders, and guided junior engineers on React best practices, hooks, and component composition.
